We expect the Associates to provide operational support in the following areas:

Partner with any of the account leads in fulfilling client mandates

Carry our background research on identified areas

Develop and manage our systems for identifying, tracking, and pursuing new business opportunities What are we looking for?

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Sociology and a MSW/MBA

You have minimum of 2 years’ experience in fast-paced work environment

You have superior organizational skills and attention to detail

You have Advanced computer skills, particularly Excel

You have strong writing and interpersonal communication skills

References will be required.
